Rain and wind will plague early risers along the Northwest coast at sunrise on Easter Sunday, but the Southwest will be dry and tranquil.

Showers and thunderstorms can be expected across the Plains as a storm begins to develop across the region.

Much of the East will be dry, but it will be cold, so make sure you dress like it is late February or early March. Strong winds in New England will make it feel like the upper teens at sunrise.
