Upcoming: Nuggets at Wolves Tuesday is first of two televised preseason games

These new-look Timberwolves make their Target Center debut tomorrow night against the Nuggets.

The team's TV schedule STILL isn't out yet, but the Wolves' two Target Center preseason games -- Denver tomorrow and Indiana a week from tomorrow -- both will be on FSN.

FSN is expected to show 50 regular-season games.

The delay with the TV schedule release involves where and when other games will be televised.

Ch. 45 is no longer the team's other broadcast partner.

The Wolves still haven't finalized details for those other games, hence the delay for a schedule that usually gets released in August.

UPDATED:

* Jonny Flynn shot standing still with new player development coach Jason Glover after practice today. He, of course, hasn't been cleared yet to run or jump, but will be with the team in Syracuse on Friday for that game against Detroit that was supposed to be a big homecoming for him and Wes Johnson.

* Just two games into preseason in which Rambis said every job was going to be up for grabs, only one starting spot seems to be in question.

That's shooting guard, since Love seems set at power forward, Darko at center, Beasley at small forward and Ridnour at point guard, at least until Flynn comes back fully healthy.

Johnson started in London, Brewer started in Paris. We'll see if it's Martell Webster's turn tomorrow night against Denver.

You'd think Webster is the favorite to have that job on opening night, but remember how Rambis liked beefing up that second unit last year by putting Love there (OK, so it didn't hurt that Rambis quickly concluded he couldn't play Love and Big Al together).

"We knew he could shoot," Rambis said.

* You'll find a handful of players after practice working with a physical therapist the Wolves are bringing in periodically from Vancouver. Today, Webster had this resistance band contraption that works his core muscles under the superivision of Nico Berg, a former pro soccer player who has worked with the Lakers physical therapist.
