ST. PAUL

Feb. 20: The City Council will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council chambers on two appeals of the site plan for a proposed Trader Joe's grocery store. The store, another building and a parking structure are planned for the southeast corner of Randolph Avenue and Lexington Parkway. The council will vote on the appeals, but major changes to the project are unlikely.
