November 4, 2013 at 1:16PM

NEXT OPPONENT: WASHINGTON (3-5)

The Redskins are 3-2 in their past five games after starting the season 0-3. They're 1-2 vs. the NFC North with losses to the Packers and Lions.

OPPONENT WEEK 9

Washington 30, Chargers 24

Darrel Young punched his third TD of the game, a 4-yard run in OT. The Redskins coughed up a 10-point lead in the final five minutes of the game, and gave up 410 yards.

WHAT TO WATCH FOR

Robert Griffin III, quarterback

The 2012 Offensive Rookie of the Year is going through a sophomore slump returning from torn knee ligaments. He has the same amount of TD passes (nine) as fumbles and interceptions. He completed 71.9 percent of his passes against the Chargers.

OUTLOOK

This is a winnable game for the Vikings. That said, the Redskins offense racked up 500 yards on Sunday and should be a difficult challenge. Outlook: Horns down.
