United crushes Fort Lauderdale on the road

Ibson scored two second-half goal as Minnesota United FC routed the Fort Lauderdale Strikers 5-2 on Saturday night to extend its unbeaten streak (6-0-3) to nine games.

The Strikers (5-4-5 fall season) scored first, in the seventh minute, but the visiting Loons (8-2-5) got the next five goals. Christian Ramirez tied the score five minutes later, and Kalif Alhasan and Daniel Mendes got goals to make it 3-1 United. Mendes'goal came just before halftime.
