U.S. Rep. Erik Paulsen addresses crowd

As the GOP convention got under way this morning, U.S. Rep. Erik Paulsen served up themes for a hungry audience of delegates, denouncing the 'government intrusion into health care.'

"It's nice to be at a convetion where delegates want to say the pledge of the allegience," U.S. Rep. Erik Paulsen told the crowd in a warmup speech to GOP delegates.

He denounced the "failed stimulus bill" and "a massive government intrusion into health care," drew hearty applause about the need to "retire Nancy Pelosi as the Speaker of the House."
