It's the last Sunday of the NFL regular season, and the final NFC playoff spot has come down to the Vikings (8-6-1) and the Eagles (8-7). Both teams kick off at the same time.
• The Vikings will make the playoffs as a wild card if they beat or tie the Bears … or if the Eagles lose or tie at Washington.
• The Eagles will make the playoffs as a wild card if they beat Washington and the Vikings lose to the Bears.
