A driver fleeing police in the south metro was fatally injured in a crash that also killed another motorist in Burnsville Monday night, the state patrol said.
The vehicle fleeing from Apple Valley and Burnsville police crashed on County Road 5 and Williams Drive at 8:25 p.m. Another motorist was also killed, state patrol said.
The state patrol is investigating the crash and will provide more information Tuesday.
