Two adults died in a house fire in southwestern Rochester on Friday night.
The Rochester Fire Department arrived to find a home ”with heavy smoke coming from the garage and main floor, as well as flames along the roofline in the rear of the structure,” according to a news release.
Two adults were found during a search of the home and taken outside, where lifesaving efforts were unsuccessful.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation, and the identities of the two adults have not been released.
