Will check back with updates later. Twins are facing another young pitcher with a good curveball in Grimm. About a dozen Twins players were on the field for early work. A lot of outfield work today, in particular.

UPDATES

Grimm is another young talented pitcher for the Rangers who throws a good curveball. ``We watched video of this guy and he can really wing it," Twins manager Ron Gardenhire said.

Gardy was asked about playing Eduardo Escobar (.480 batting average) more. ``I think I've got him hitting .400." Gardy said. ``I think I'm managing the hell out of him."
He chuckled before adding:``We're going to use them all. Probably a good matchup for tomorrow. He's swinging well right-handed." Lefthander Derek Holland is on the mound for Texas tomorrow.

One quick thing about Joe Nathan. I've seen pitchers have Tommy John surgery and never come all the way back. I've seen pitchers have shoulder surgeries and never come all the way back. I've never seen a pitcher have reconstructive shoulder AND elbow surgery in his career and still throw in the mid-90's. Joe Nathan is a medical marvel.
