The Twins will play their 2016 home opener against the Chicago White Sox on April 11, according to a preliminary regular season schedule released Tuesdy.
They will open the season at Baltimore on April 4.
The first home stand also includes a two-game series against the Milwaukee Brewers on April 18 and 19, which will be followed immediately by two games in Milwaukee.
Other National League opponents coming to Target Field will be Miami, (June 7-9), Philadelphia (June 21-23) and Atlanta (August 16-17). The Twins will play road series against the Washington Nationals in April and the New York Mets in September.
