TWINS UPDATE
Monday (May the 4th be with you) is Star Wars night, and Phil Hughes bobbleheads will be given out to lucky fans. Hughes could use the Force right now, as he searches for his first victory of 2015. He tweaked his hip during his last outing Wednesday against Detroit but threw in the bullpen two days later with no problems. … OF Oswaldo Arcia is day-to-day because of right hip irritation. He said he was injured while running in the outfield Sunday. He was removed for a pinch runner in the fourth inning. … The Twins lost six of seven vs. Oakland in 2014 and are 2-12 against the Athletics over the past two seasons. The A's swept a three-game series at Target Field last season. … Manager Paul Molitor is 3-1 in replay challenges.
ATHLETICS UPDATE
A big-time prospect at Virginia Tech, Hahn tore his ulnar collateral ligament a few days before the 2010 draft and fell to the sixth round, where he was taken by the Rays. He has since been dealt to the Padres, then the A's. … Chavez has mostly been a reliever in his career, but he went into the A's rotation when Kendall Graveman was sent to Class AAA Nashville. … Kazmir has not lost to the Twins since April 29, 2009. He is 5-0 with a 2.68 ERA in seven starts since then. … Oakland entered Sunday with the highest bullpen ERA in the American League at 4.92. … Josh Reddick hit a two-run homer Sunday, when he pushed his hitting streak to 11 games. He's 19-for-38 during the streak.

The Los Angeles Dodgers agreed to a $17 million, one-year contract to add outfielder Michael Conforto and a $22 million, two-year deal to retain right-hander Blake Treinen, people familiar with the negotiations told The Associated Press.
