Michael Cuddyer, Denard Span, Matt Tolbert have issues. Mr. 600 -- Jim Thome -- is just worn out after going through a national media blitz last night and today.

Hopefully,Twins manager Ron Gardenhire won't have to make too many moves tonight.

Denard Span, still dealing with issues related to the concussion he suffered in June, will work out before the game but won't play..

Michael Cuddyer, battling a stiff neck, feels better and will try to swing a bat. He hasn't started in five games but could be available to pinch hit.

Matt Tolbert has a sore left hand. He's not sure what he did to hurt it but he felt pain during his final at- bat of the Monday's game.

Jim Thome, after going through a national media blitz last night and today, told Gardy he's a little tired. He is available to pinch hit.

So Ben Revere better not try to run over the catcher tonight, because he might not have backup if he's injured.

Tigers manager Jim Leyland told Gardy that Lester Oliveros, the pitcher the Tigers sent the Twins to complete the Delmon Young trade, has an, ``electric arm," but makes mistakes in the strike zone.
