Drug activity. A 29-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and a 34-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and selling methamphetamine on the 2300 block of Sioux Trail NW.

Theft from vehicle. A GPS unit and change valued at $250 were reported stolen from a vehicle on the 14200 block of Bluebird Trail NE.

Theft. A saddle, bridle, head stall, bit and reins valued at $475 were reported stolen on the 16800 block of Marschall Road S.

Assault. A 22-year-old woman was arrested for assault and obstruction of justice with force after striking a police officer on the 16600 block of Five Hawks Avenue SE.

MARCH 19

Drug activity. A 26-year-old Coon Rapids man was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, ecstasy and drug paraphernalia, and a 26-year-old St. Paul woman was arrested for possession of methamphetamine at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Blvd. NW.

Assault. A 36-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for domestic assault, false imprisonment and theft on the 4600 block of W. Hwy. 13.

MARCH 13

Theft from vehicle. Items valued at $1,020 were reported stolen from a tractor-trailer on the 12400 block of S. Hwy. 13.

Predatory offender registration violation. A 43-year-old Savage man was arrested for failure to update predatory offender information and driving with a canceled license on the 7300 block of W. Hwy. 13.

Weapons violation. A 15-year-old Farmington boy was charged with possession of a dangerous weapon on school grounds and possession of drug paraphernalia at Prior Lake High School, 7575 W. 150th St.

Theft. A laptop computer valued at $1,000 was reported stolen at Harriet Bishop Elementary School, 14400 O'Connell Road.

MARCH 15

DWI. A 29-year-old Savage man was arrested for DWI after he was observed running a red light near the intersection of S. Hwy. 13 and McColl Drive.

Assault. A 27-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested for assault after allegedly punching a man and breaking his jaw, and for domestic assault for allegedly striking his girlfriend on the 4100 block of McColl Drive.

MARCH 16

DWI. A 24-year-old Bloomington man was arrested for DWI after being observed parking in an area not designated for public parking, near the intersection of Quentin Avenue S. and McColl Drive. The man's blood-alcohol content was 0.12 percent, police said.

Robbery. A 45-year-old Savage man was arrested for aggravated robbery after stealing the purse of a 14-year-old Burnsville girl and threatening her on the 5700 block of Egan Drive.

DWI. A 26-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for DWI, speeding and failure to stay within a single lane near the intersection of Hwy. 169 and Hwy. 101. The man's blood-alcohol content was 0.185 percent, police said.

Theft. A 54-year-old Savage man was arrested for theft and fleeing a police officer in a vehicle on the 1100 block of Park Place.

DWI. A 22-year-old Belle Plaine woman was arrested for DWI near the intersection of E. Main Street and Johnson Drive.
