Theft. A gun was stolen from the 8700 block of Able Street NE.

Theft. A bike, valued at $420, was stolen from an unlocked garage at a home on the 1600 block of Hunters Trailer.
COON RAPIDS
APRIL 8
Theft. A 2014 Ford F150 was reported stolen from U-Haul, 3401 Coon Rapids Blvd. NW. A man rented the truck and never returned it. Officers discovered he was in jail. A detective was going to interview him to find out the location of the truck.
CRYSTAL
APRIL 11
Property damage. A St. Paul woman, 30, was arrested for damaging property and disorderly conduct on the 2700 block of Florida Avenue N.
APRIL 14
Assault. A woman, 29, was arrested for disorderly conduct, interfering with a 911 call, trespassing and domestic assault on Lee Avenue N.
FRIDLEY
APRIL 12
Indecent exposure. A 40-year-old man was cited for indecent exposure after an officer observed him exposing himself at Riverfront Park, 5220 E. River Road NE.
APRIL 13
Fraud. Someone used three counterfeit bills at Applebee's, 5277 Central Av. NE.
APRIL 14
Theft. Wheels and tires were stolen off a vehicle at Friendly Chevrolet, 7501 Hwy. 65.
APRIL 15
Miscellaneous. A girl was suspended for three days after she discharged a can of pepper spray at North Park Elementary, 5575 Fillmore St. NE.
Assist family. Officers mediated an argument over bacon between a 53-year-old man and his 28-year-old nephew at a home on Onondaga Street NE.
MOUNDS VIEW
APRIL 13
Property damage. Someone drilled a hole in the gas tank of a vehicle on the 2400 block of County Road 10.
APRIL 14
Weapon. Officers responded to an apartment on Woodlawn Drive regarding a possible domestic and mention of a gun. It was a grandmother yelling at her grandson for playing with a BB gun.
APRIL 17
Drugs. A 13-year-old boy was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia at Edgewood Middle School, 5100 Edgewood Dr.
Theft. Collector coins, value $625, were stolen on the 2000 block of Cheshire Circle.
APRIL 18
Trespassing. A 52-year-old man was arrested for trespassing at an apartment building on the 2500 block of Mounds View Drive. He had been warned earlier to stay away from the building.
RAMSEY
APRIL 6
Suspicious person. A 28-year-old man was cited for tampering with a motor vehicle after officers found him sleeping in someone's car in the 6400 block of Hwy. 10 NW. He told officers he was walking home from a party and found the vehicle unlocked, so he went in it to warm up and get some sleep. He was released to his mother-in-law.
Drunken driving. A 31-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving, speeding, equipment violation, child endangerment and driving after revocation after officers stopped him on the 5900 block of Bunker Lake Boulevard NW. His three children, ages 9, 13 and 16, were in the vehicle with him. His sister came and picked up the children.
