Theft. A man, 32, was arrested on suspicion of driving after revocation, no proof of insurance and displaying another identification, and a woman, 33, was arrested on suspicion of stolen checks after a stop on the 2100 block of Main Street.

Theft. Tools and keys were stolen from an unsecured vehicle on the 15600 block of Williamette Street NE.

Theft. A welder and a handgun were stolen from an unsecured garage on the 5100 block of 182nd Lane NE.

Theft. Spools of wire, bolts and tools were stolen from an outdoor construction site on Hwy. 65 and 221st Avenue NE.

Theft. A snowblower was stolen from a yard on the 16100 block of Hastings Street NE.

Disorderly conduct. A 30-year-old man was taken to jail for disorderly conduct after he was found fighting with people in a parking lot at Bamboo Betty’s, 3800 Restwood Road.

Robbery. An unknown male stole a woman’s purse on Knox and Lowry avenues N. She chased him but stopped after he threatened to shoot her.

Obstruction. A 41-year-old Mounds View man was arrested for multiple felony warrants on Ardmore Avenue. A 51-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of aiding and harboring an offender.

Fire. The Ramsey Fire Department extinguished a house fire on the 20300 block of Twin Parkway NW.

NOV. 21

Theft. An enclosed trailer was stolen from property on the 21400 block of Rum River Boulevard NW.

DEC. 1

Theft. A 2002 Pontiac Grand Am was stolen from the driveway of a home on the 3900 block of 219th Avenue NW. The keys were in the vehicle.

ST. ANTHONY

DEC. 3

Theft. A 2000 Honda was stolen from a driveway on the 2900 block of Rankin Road.

DEC. 4

Drugs. A boy, 16, was cited for possession of marijuana and another boy, 16, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia at St. Anthony High School, 3303 33rd Av. NE. The school staff notified the parents of the violation.

DEC. 8

Alcohol. An apparently intoxicated 43-year-old woman was found in Lowry Grove Trailer Park, and a taxi was arranged to drive her home.
