Theft. A wallet was stolen from a vehicle in the 11500 block of Quebec Avenue.

AUG. 2

Drugs. Officers responded to a report of an erratic driver on Hwy. 7. A 26-year-old woman was arrested for 3rd degree drug possession, drunken driving, possession of drug paraphernalia and 5th degree drug possession.

JULY 28

Suspicious person. A man playing guitar by the side of the road was reported in the 8000 block of 130th Street N. He told authorities he was waiting to assist an injured bird, about which he seemed genuinely concerned.

AUG. 3

Suspicious activity. Officers responded to a report of an unknown woman who was pounding on the door of a home on Sunset Drive and yelling that she was on "magic mushrooms." Officers later located the 40-year-old woman, and she told officers she had consumed mushrooms. She was taken to the hospital because she was out of control and unable to care for herself.

LAKEVILLE

WEEK OF AUG. 1-7

Burglary. Officers responded to a report of a burglary at a home on MacBeth Circle. Two 18-year-old men and a 19-year-old man were arrested for burglary. According to a police report, the three men were upset after paying for marijuana three weeks before that had not been delivered. They were armed with a baseball bat and a pry bar and had forced their way into the home.

LAUDERDALE

JULY 26

Theft. Someone pumped $78 worth of gas and left without paying at a station in the 2400 block of Larpenteur Avenue. The license plate number given did not match the vehicle used in the drive-off. The owner of the plates was contacted, and after checking, reported their license plates were missing.

JULY 30

Recovered stolen vehicle. Police observed a parked vehicle in the 1700 block of Walnut Street that had been stolen during a previous home burglary in New Brighton. The vehicle was unoccupied, but a dog was inside. A female approached and told police a friend had loaned her the vehicle. New Brighton police responded, questioned the woman and impounded the vehicle.

LEXINGTON

AUG. 2

Child found. An officer responded to a report of a 3-year-old boy who was found in an apartment complex in the 9400 block of Lexington Avenue. The boy's mother was located and the boy was returned home. He had figured out he door lock and left. The mother had been frantically searching for him.

MINNETRISTA

AUG. 1

Assist public. Officers responded to a report of a man stuck in a raised boom lift on Highland Road. The fire department assisted, using a ladder to help the man get down.

AUG. 4

Missing child. A 22-month-old boy was reported missing at a home on West Hill Road. He was found inside the home before the officers' arrival.

NEW BRIGHTON

AUG. 4

Theft. A motorcycle reported stolen in the 200 block of 1st Street SE was recovered a few blocks away.

PRIOR LAKE

AUG. 2

Indecent exposure. A 32-year-old man was cited for indecent exposure at Dakota Convenience, 15035 Mystic Lake Dr.

RICHFIELD

AUG. 13

Assault. Officers responded to a fight in the parking lot at LaMettry's Collision, 301 W. 77th St. It was reported that one person had a knife. A 29-year-old man was arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon.

JULY 29

Theft. An unlocked electric scooter was stolen from outside Caribou Coffee, 2700 39th Av. NE.

SHAKOPEE

AUG. 4

Assault. A 50-year-old woman was arrested for assault at St. Francis Hospital, 1455 Saint Francis Av.
