ST. LOUIS PARK, Minn. — A casting call will be held in the Twin Cities for a boy for a new Cameron Crowe movie starring Bradley Cooper and Emma Stone.

Producers are looking for a Caucasian boy age 8 to 10, or 11 years old if he's smaller. The boy, called Mitchell, is obsessed with Hawaiian myths and folklore, and always has a video camera in his hands, taping everything.

The boy is not Hawaiian, but is a kid from the mainland who has spent most of his life growing up on a military base.

A casting call will be held Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Benilde (beh-NILD')-St. Margaret's school in St. Louis Park. Boys should bring a current photo.

Crowe's movies include "Almost Famous," "Jerry Maguire" and "We Bought a Zoo."
