Has spring sprung? Nobody really knows, but certainly there are a good deal of squirrels out and about in the parks, mating wildly. In art news, there are plenty of shows opening and people getting out to them. Here are my five picks for the weekend. As usual, it's a nice mix of events, including visual art openings, a film screening, and even a group Wikipedia editing event. Enjoy!
Art/Feminism Wikipedia Edit-a-Thon in the Twin Cities

How many times have you searched for one of your favorite artists and felt astounded that they either didn't have a Wikipedia page, or they had one that was rather sparsely worded? Chances are that these artists, who may fall into the "under-represented" category – as in, queer, feminist, POC, outsider, or just plain #notyourtypicalarthistorywhitedude – then Houston, we have a problem! At the Art/Feminist Wikipedia Edit-a-Thon, learn how to update and edit the Wikipedia pages of the artists you hold near and dear to your heart and brain.
