All in the family
For "Survivor: Blood Vs. Water" (7 p.m., WCCO, Ch. 4), returning contestants will compete against family members, which most likely triggered some interesting dinner conversations when they returned from the Philippines. This season also marks the return of Redemption Island, which must have slipped into the Bermuda Triangle the past three years.
Oh, brother
A scandalous, even embarrassing, season of "Big Brother" (8:30 p.m., WCCO, Ch. 4) comes to a close with one occupant winning $500,000 and two or three others being sent to bed without supper. It's sad that racism and sexism is alive and well in America. It's equally sad that CBS would put this kind of ugliness on display for a stupid game show.
Dynamic duo
"Key & Peele" (9:30 p.m., Comedy) return for another round of comedy sketches, the best of which deal with race with clever jokes and observations. Guest stars this season include Metta World Peace, Jack McBrayer, Colin Hanks and Malcolm-Jamal Warner.
