Blondes have more fun

Kim Novak is TCM's Star of the Month, providing the perfect opportunity to appreciate the blonde bombshell in all her glory. Start off with a can't-miss double feature of 1955's "Picnic" (7 p.m., TCM) and 1957's "Pal Joey" (9 p.m., TCM), projects that gave Novak a chance to hold her own with William Holden and Frank Sinatra.

Giving notice

After seven seasons, "Burn Notice" (8 p.m., USA) is fading into the Florida sunset, but not before covert-operations agent Michael Westen ties up a few loose ends. "Notice" was never one of TV's best dramas, but the smoldering looks exchanged by stars Jeffrey Donovan and Gabrielle Anwar will be greatly missed.

Rookie patrol

The Canadian import "Rookie Blue" (9:01 p.m., KSTP, Ch. 5) wraps up its fourth season as the officers at 15 Division deal with a round of violent attacks. By the way: At what point can we stop calling these guys "rookies"? Haven't they earned a little respect by now?
