Making a difference
TCM's "Trailblazing Women" will honor female film pioneers every Tuesday and Thursday this month, starting with a slate that includes Mary Tyler Moore ("Thoroughly Modern Millie") and Lucille Ball ("Yours, Mine and Ours"). The first marathon, sprinkled with interviews conducted by movie buff Illeana Douglas, kicks off with a 2008 documentary honoring Mary Pickford.

King Bach may not be getting his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame anytime soon, but he's well known in the social media world, with the most followed account on Vine. He takes a break from posting to host the Sixth Annual Streamy Awards, which honors the best in online video. I'm guessing this is one ceremony where live tweeting is strongly encouraged.
