Rap sessions

James Corden will try to one-up his late-night peer Jimmy Fallon with "Drop the Mic," a rap competition series in which lip syncing is a no-no. While the celebrity-driven bit has been a staple of "The Late Late Show," Corden will only serve as a producer, leaving hosting duties up to Method Man and Hailey Baldwin.

Amy's playhouse

"At Home With Amy Sedaris" is most likely set in the same neighborhood as Pee-wee's Playhouse, with a host that could best be described as Martha Stewart on crack. Sedaris has some genuine housekeeping tips, but they're drowned out by creepy pop-ins (Paul Giamatti is particularly disturbing) and a closet full of personal problems. Nothing wrong with that — as long as you're not crashing in her guest room.
