Wild ride
Ice Cube and Kevin Hart make a likable odd couple in 2014's "Ride Along," in which a veteran cop takes his sister's boyfriend on a wild ride through the streets of Atlanta. Guess who plays who? Yes, it's predictable stuff, but the pair bounce off each other nicely. 8 p.m. HBO

Lisa Kudrow is keeping busy with the long-awaited return of "The Comeback" in November, as well as a new season of "Web Therapy," the largely improvised sitcom about an egocentric therapist.
