Royal wedding

Anyone looking to avoid watching the train wreck that is our Minnesota Vikings may want to check out what should be a particularly light episode of "Bones" (7 p.m., KMSP, Ch. 9) in which, after more than eight seasons, Temperance Brennan and Seeley Booth are finally tying the knot — and by that we mean getting married, not some new technique in the coroner's office.

I am Sam

"Life According to Sam" (8 p.m., HBO) introduces us to a young boy who has progeria, a progessive aging disorder, so rare that fewer than 250 children have it. The documentary shares the family's fight to save their son and provide him a full life.

Up all night

Chris Hardwick, who expertly leads post-show discussions after "The Walking Dead," deals with living, breathing comedians in "@Midnight" (11 p.m., Comedy), a new weeknight comedy competition in which comics try to have the funniest take on the day's events.
