Single ladies

If you like "New Girl," check out 2011's "No Strings Attached" (7 p.m. Saturday, Bravo), written by that sitcom's creator, Liz Meriwether. Natalie Portman is simply terrific as a relationship-shy woman who gets the kind of zingers and attitude usually reserved for men. Ashton Kutcher co-stars.

Pure vanilla

"Vanilla Ice Goes Amish" (9 p.m. Saturday, DIY) continues the rapper's exploration into living the simple life. This new series would be even more enticing if it were paired with something called "MC Hammer Joins a Monastery."

A different kind of diva

"Access Hollywood"'s Billy Bush goes from tracking celebrities to "Chasing Rhinos" (8 p.m. Sunday, NGW) in this fast-paced documentary set in Nepal, where the entertainment host joins the fight to save one-horned rhinos who are being illegally poached. Look for Bush to bond with a particular beast who specializes in twerking and swinging from wrecking balls.
