Origin story

The documentary "Batman & Bill" makes a strong case that Bill Finger deserves just as much credit as Bob Kane in creating the Caped Crusader. But Don Argott and Sheena Joyce's film has a harder time justifying 90 minutes of a viewer's time. Some animated bits help, but for anyone who doesn't fall asleep dreaming of Comic-Con, this could be a bit of a slog.

Home sweet home

Ginger Zee, the eternally sunny meteorologist on "Good Morning America," teams up with husband Ben Aaron for "Renovation Realities: Ben & Ginger," a four-part series in which the couple try to transform a suburban fixer-upper into the kind of home George Stephanopoulos might visit.

Top gear

Since ruling the box office isn't enough, the "Fast & Furious" franchise will receive the Generation Award at the "2017 MTV Movie & TV Awards," hosted by Adam Devine. Past recipients include Will Smith, Reese Witherspoon, Ben Stiller and Sandra Bullock.

An affair to remember

"The Last 100 Days of Diana" is certainly sympathetic toward the late princess, but it's not exactly a love letter. Martin Bashir hosts this in-depth look at Di's romantic life, most notably her secret affair with Pakistani surgeon Hasnat Khan. Someone should distract the queen with a repeat of "Downton Abbey."

8 p.m. Sun., KSTP, Ch. 5
