Albert Finney, who died last month, will be remembered for his Oscar-nominated roles in 1963's "Tom Jones" and 1984's "Under the Volcano." But don't overlook his last really terrific role in 2003's "Big Fish," the underappreciated Tim Burton film about a traveling salesman with a gift for embellishing past adventures. The part earned his last of nine Golden Globe nominations.

A PBS favorite celebrates his birthday by returning to "Great Performances" for "Andrea Bocelli at 60." The special features highlights from two Italian concerts, one featuring pop music, the other focusing on opera. Son Mateo Bocelli stops by to duet on "Fall on Me," which I suppose is a better gift than a necktie.

But while the "Taxi" star used her gifts to memorize scripts, the retired detective turned to solving crimes. "Deadly Recall," a six-part docuseries, looks back at his work with the Nashville police force.
