The final rose

In the season finale of "The Bachelor," Ben Higgins reveals that the only reason he enlisted in the competition was so he could follow in the footsteps of his grandfather, Prof. Henry Higgins, and teach a young woman how to properly pronounce "The Rain in Spain." An interview special follows the two-hour "reveal."

Pure imagination

"Cake Wars" honors the 45th anniversary of "Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory" (the Gene Wilder version, not the over-sugared Johnny Depp one) with special pastries and a visit from Paris Themmen, who played Mike Teevee in the film and whose last screen credit consists of being a "fawning fan" in an episode of "Star Trek: Voyager."

When there's a Will

Will Smith, overlooked during the latest Oscars ceremonies for his work in "Concussion," also got bypassed for his first major big-screen role in "Six Degrees of Separation" (9 p.m. THIS) but snagged his second nomination (after "Ali") for 2006's "The Pursuit of Happyness" (9:09 p.m. Encore Family). You can't go wrong with either choice.
