Sunny side up

Because "Danger & Eggs" was produced by the Minnesota animation company Puny Entertainment, you may be expecting a cartoon with a passive-aggressive approach. Instead, it's all aggression, with the daring D.D. Danger ("SNL's" Aidy Bryant) flying across the brashly colored landscape in search of independence — or a refill on Ritalin. Twin Cities improv veteran Eric Knobel provides the voice of Phillip the Safety Egg, who puts aside his fragile nature to support his human-cannonball pal. If you like your children's animation served with hot sauce, get ready for a Grand Slam feast.
