Cocktail hours

Ken Burns' 2011 "Prohibition" remains the definitive source on that teetotaling period of American history, but "Drinks, Crime and Prohibition" offers a nice sampler in just two one-hour episodes with recipes for speakeasy favorites to boot. At the very least, it might whet your appetite for Burns' 330-minute documentary, currently streaming on Netflix.

House hunting

Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson will have to fork over more than half a dollar to impress the real estate agents in Season 7 of "Million Dollar Listing New York." In addition to impressing the rapper, the show's stars must go to great lengths to make sales, including throwing a "Great Gatsby"-themed party.

The Mickey Mouse club

If the recent royal nuptials have you hankering for more romance, RSVP to "Disney Fairy Tale Weddings," a six-part series hoping to capitalize on last summer's similarly titled special, which was viewed by more than 3 million people. Olivia Newton-John and Hunter Hayes are special guests as couples declare their love at various Disney resorts.
