Sunday

Before taking a stroll through one of the Twin Cities' finest offerings, check out "Minneapolis Sculpture Garden" (noon, TPT Life), a documentary that celebrates the 25th anniversary of this artistic landmark. The film is also available for viewing in the Bazinet lobby of the Walker Art Center.

Monday

Kris Jenner, matriarch of the Kardashian family, launches "Kris" (noon, KMSP, Ch. 9), a weekday talk show in which the TV personality tries to prove she's more than just a factory forewoman churning out reality stars. We haven't seen the guest list, but it's a safe bet that the first couple of weeks won't include a visit from her former son-in-law, Minnesotan Kris Humphries.

Tuesday

Why is the USA Network among the biggest success stories in cable? Because the outlet smartly jams its summer schedule with easy, breezy dramas like "Covert Affairs" (8 p.m., USA) and "Suits" (9 p.m., USA), which require only a minimal amount of thinking and a deep appreciation for sexy stars.

Wednesday

Honey Boo Boo is back — and she really smells. No, we're not making fun of her hygiene. We're referring to the fact that viewing the season premiere of "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" (8 p.m., TLC) can be enhanced by using Watch 'n' Sniff cards, available in current editions of People and US Weekly magazines.

Thursday

"The Big Bang Theory" (7 p.m., WCCO, Ch. 4), like other classic sitcoms, plays well even if you're watching an episode for the fourth time. That's a good enough reason to re-watch the episode from this past May featuring a hysterical cameo from Bob Newhart as a past-his-prime entertainer hired by Leonard and Sheldon for a party.
