Soccer kings

It wasn't a great World Cup for England this year, but the country was riding high in the late '70s when Argentine stars Ossie Ardiles and Ricky Villa became cult heroes. A new installment of "30 for 30" looks at how conflicted they became when Argentina descended on the British-ruled Falkland Islands. 7 p.m. ESPN

Bottoms up

School may have been a little more interesting if the teacher downed a couple of shots before class. That's the premise behind "Drunk History," which returns for a second season of irreverent fun. Host Derek Waters opens the show from Montgomery, Ala., where Lisa Bonet and Terry Crews help provide a cloudy, comical look at our past. 9 p.m. Comedy Central

Man with a plan

Nathan Fielder may be TV's most committed comic. Either that or he needs to be committed. His series, "Nathan for You," returns for a second season with his offers to help small businesses with marketing tactics that are attention-grabbing, bizarre and sometimes downright illegal. Fielder plays it straight down the line, never winking to the camera. It's a unique, creative approach that deserves your attention — even if he is nuts. 9:30 p.m. Comedy Central
