His series, "Nathan for You," returns for a second season with his offers to help small businesses with marketing tactics that are attention-grabbing, bizarre and sometimes downright illegal. Fielder plays it straight down the line, never winking to the camera. It's a unique, creative approach that deserves your attention — even if he is nuts. 9:30 p.m. Comedy Central
