Hopelessly devoted

Fox announced last week that its live production of "Grease" will star Vanessa Hudgens and Julianne Hough, which makes this a perfect time to revisit the 1978 film (6 p.m.) starring John Travolta. True masochists should stick around for "Grease 2" (8:30). Saturday, ABC Family

Ahoy, matey!

"Black Sails," the drama set 20 years before "Treasure Island," returns for a second season with our anti-heroes stranded and coming up short in their quest for gold, thanks to a shore full of Spanish soldiers. Former Carleton College standout Zach McGowan is among the burly cast members. 8 p.m. Saturday, Starz

He's a country boy

"Saturday Night Live" doesn't usually go country, but it's making an exception by inviting Blake Shelton to be both host and musical guest, a twofer reserved for only true superstars. It's a safe bet to expect some of his fellow judges from "The Voice" to make cameos. 10:29 p.m. Saturday, KARE, Ch. 11
