As long as they've got each other

"Growing Pains," which now airs weekday afternoons in a two-hour block, may not have been a genius sitcom, but it did offer early glimpses of Hilary Swank, Brad Pitt, Cuba Gooding Jr. and Leonardo DiCaprio. Plus, the show has a killer theme song. 4 p.m. UP

In an effort to boost ratings and encourage bipartisanship, President Obama will move his State of the Union Address from the House chamber to Disney World, where politicians will be given unlimited rides and caramel apples. Just kidding. 8 p.m. various channels

Bonjour

If it's been a while since you've heard "You Give Love a Bad Name," you may want to catch a repeat of the 2012 concert film "Bon Jovi: Inside Out," which features performances from London's O2 Arena, New Jersey's MetLife Stadium and New York's Madison Square Garden. 9 p.m. VH1 Classic
