A permanent place

In the new series "Buy This Restaurant," a Texas woman who runs a food truck strives to move into a brick-and-mortar operation fueled by her love for juicing. And, no, it has no relation to Alex Rodriguez's alleged passion. 8 p.m., Food Network

Going, going, gone

Based on scant publicity material, I can't really provide much background on "Auction on Wheels" beyond the fact that the first episode takes place in Minneapolis, where hosts talk to local dealers. Again, nothing whatsoever to do with A-Rod. 9 p.m., Travel Channel

Standing tall

"Super Skyscrapers" kicks off with an in-depth look at One World Trade Center, an appropriate opener since the new building, at 1,776 feet high, is now the country's tallest. Coming soon to PBS: a Midwest winter version titled "Super Icescrapers." 9 p.m., TPT, Ch. 2
