The first laugh

The Twin Cities is the test market for a lot of Fox shows, including "Laughs," a weekly roundup of the best comedy in America, hosted by Steve Hofstetter, who has more than 20 million YouTube viewers. If the show does well, it could go nationwide — and you can say you helped. 11 p.m. Saturday, KMSP, Ch. 9

Stay out!

Someone apparently forgot to tell black bears they are not free to sleep in our basements. "Urban Jungle," hosted by Boone Smith, looks at incidents in which wild animals encroach on human territory. Moscow, New York and Mumbai are among the cities visited. 7 p.m. Sunday, National Geographic Channel

Brats on a plane

"#RichKids of Beverly Hills" returns for a second season of entitlement, starting with a trip to China. If these real-life pests encountered the much sweeter characters of "Beverly Hills 90210," they'd club them to death with their Gucci purses. These people don't need a series; they need a spanking. 9 p.m. Sunday, E!

As an eviction crisis has seemed increasingly likely this summer, everyone in the housing market has made the same plea to Washington: Send money — lots of it — that would keep renters in their homes and landlords afloat.
