Oprah Winfrey will eventually get around to every talk show (be patient, Jason Matheson!), but it's a little surprising that she waited until now to appear on "The Talk." She'll spend the entire hour with her new gal pals, who most certainly will bring up her upcoming HBO film, "The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks," and her new gig as a "60 Minutes" correspondent.

After the success of "Serial" and "Making a Murderer," it might seem that every real-life whodunit deserves an epic presentation. "Killing Richard Glossip" tests that belief. While there's plenty of intrigue in the journalism-driven investigation of the murder of an Oklahoma City motel owner, it's hard to justify the four-hour running time, especially since the report ends with no resolution. Glossip's case seems to merit a further probe in the courtroom, but not cable TV. The documentary continues Tuesday.
