Madame president

Remember when people swore there was a "Seinfeld" curse? Julia Louis-Dreyfus has single-handedly erased such notions with her stellar work in both "The New Adventures of Old Christine," a gem that was canceled way too soon, and now "Veep," which returns for its fourth season. Despite the title, Louis-Dreyfus' Selina Meyer is now president, providing her even more opportunities to insert foot in mouth. She is the funniest actress in TV history, in large part because she clearly thinks every bit through and mines every opportunity to get a laugh without mugging for the camera. Let's hope for a long term in office. 9:30 p.m. Sunday, HBO

Get Hart
