Hopkins native Jennifer Tavernier is among the contestants getting their kicks — and giving them — in "Team Ninja Warriors," a new series that makes boot-camp obstacle courses look like a game of Red Rover. 7 p.m. Esquire Network

As long as Marvel and ABC are still part of the Disney family, the network will find ways to exploit — I mean, celebrate — the connection. In "Marvel's Captain America: 75 Heroic Years," Stan Lee and Chris Evans are among those weighing in on the superhero in goody two-shoes boots. 7 p.m. KSTP, Ch. 5

"Just Jillian" does a nice job of showing the softer side of militant "Biggest Loser" trainer Jillian Michaels. (She cries!) But, for better or worse, her personal life isn't really all that interesting, unless you're fascinated to find out what makes someone who would spend $42,000 on a lawn chair tick. 9 p.m. E!
