Jamin Larson of Apple Valley pulled in this nice 42 inch Muskie in western Wisconsin. After a hard fought battle the bait popped off just as it was netted, barely, in a small net that hardly fit the giant.

(As told by Jamin's dad, Ryan)

Jamin pulled in this nice 42-inch muskie using a Rapala X-Rap Walk topwater bait. After a hard-fought battle, the bait popped off just as it was netted, barely, in a small net that hardly fit the giant. It was a great Fourth of July gift from above, as he had prayed moments earlier for a big one to haul in. His grandpa helped land the fish, which we released.

HOOKED!

HOOKED! Riley Naughton, 7, of Minneapolis caught this 23-inch walleye while vacationing at Pine Cone Lodge on Big Sand Lake. She caught it on her first day on the lake, and spent the rest of the trip asking "When are we going fishing again?''
