A man died after being struck by a train east of downtown St. Paul on Sunday night.
“At this point, I believe it’s a suicide,” police Cmdr. Steve Frazer said.
The incident occurred about 8 p.m. in a rail yard near Payne Avenue and E. 7th Street on the city’s East Side, police said. Authorities are investigating.
