The Vikings’ new stadium won’t be hosting its first game until next fall, but owners of the new edition of a popular football video game can get a virtual tour. “Madden 16” -- to be released on Aug. 25 but playable now by those with an Xbox One and subscription to EA Access -- allows gamers to play inside U.S. Bank Stadium in certain modes. A video released shows the Vikings playing the Packers in a sparkling new setting.

The future site of Super Bowl LII features a multi-faceted, sloped roof and giant moveable windows on its side, all visible in the game.

The Vikings are playing their final season at the University of Minnesota's TCF Bank Stadium this fall.
