Freaky Thursday

Those still howling from the antics of Tina Fey and Amy Poehler in "Sisters" will most likely enjoy 2008's "Baby Mama," in which the two "SNL" veterans reverse roles. In this outing, Fey plays a buttoned-down businesswoman while Poehler lets her freak flag fly as the unlikely surrogate carrier of her child. Look for cameos by Steve Martin, Sigourney Weaver and Fred Armisen.

Snoop Dogg takes a breather from advocating for legal weed to mentor young athletes in "Coach Snoop," a new series in which the rapper inspires inner-city athletes to think big. One graduate from his program, which he founded in 2005, went on to play in the Super Bowl.

A different view

"Match Made in Heaven" has a gatekeeper. The dating series, in which bachelorettes vie for the affections of former NFL player Stevie Baggs, operated without an on-air chaperone last season. This time around, executive producer Sherri Shepherd will make sure the hanky-panky is kept to a minimum.
