Sharpshooters
Tina Fey may only pop up occasionally on "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt," which returns for its second season, but her ability to deliver rat-a-tat comedy while rarely shooting blanks is again on display. Triumphant return
Julia Louis-Dreyfus, who got less respect during her time on "Saturday Night Live" than Newman did on "Seinfeld," returns to host for the third time, her first since starring in "Veep." Watch legendary producer Garry Marshall make the case when he presents the hardware during the taped ceremonies, hosted by George Lopez.
