Jay Leno doesn't come to Mystic Lake until next month, but he's sent out an "advance" team of sorts to capture a Minnesota tradition.
A crew is shooting Friday and Saturday at the 32nd Annual International Eelpout Festival in Walker, MN where roughly 10,000 participants angle for ugly bottom-feeding fish and participate in wacky events. Leno himself won't be on hand, but one of his comic corrrespondents will be on hand (No, it's not Ross the Intern).
The segment is scheduled to air during the first week in March.
