Dayton talking, legislators churning

Gov. Mark Dayton planned to break his string of recent low-profile (or no-profile) days late Wednesday morning by holding a formal press conference.

In the Legislature, the day is full of committee meetings, including conference committees on education and public safety.

Sen. David Hann, R-Eden Paririe, planned to fly to Washington, D.C. to meet with members of the state's congressional delegation to discuss health care.
