Tips for weathering the pain during temp changes

• Take occasional acetaminophen, doctors advise, so long as you don't have kidney or liver disease.

• Don't fly south. People in warmer climates also complain about aches and pains brought on by weather changes.

• Keep moving. Joints become stiff if you don't use them.

• Listen to what your mom always told you: Dress in layers to keep warm during cold and damp weather.
