Tickets for Dylan's St. Paul concert will go on sale Sept. 15

Mark Knopfler will open for the Minnesota icon's first Twin Cities show since 2008.

Are you ready for Bob Dylan the day after the presidential election? Tickets for his already announced Nov. 7 concert at Xcel Energy Center will go on sale at 10 a.m. at 10 a.m. Sept. 15. Mark Knopfler is the opening act.

Dylan, who is playing grand piano on this leg of the tour, will release his 35th studio album, "Tempest," on Sept. 11.

This will be his first Twin Cities appearance since election night 2008.

Tickets, priced from $50 to $129.50, will be available at the Xcel box office, Ticketmaster outlets, ticketmaster.com and 1-800-745-3000.
