Maria Boman scored her fourth goal of the season with 30 minutes left in the game to give Class 2A, No. 4 Edina a 2-1 girls' soccer victory over visiting Eden Prairie. She sent a corner kick off an Eagles defender into the net for the game-winning goal.

The Eagles got on the board first with 13 minutes left in the first half. Alexa Oldenkamp got to a loose ball at the goal line and directed it into the net while being run into by a pair of Hornets defenders.

Lindsay Mason tied the game six minutes later by knocking a loose ball into the open net. She was in the right spot as an Eagles defender tried to clear a bouncing ball off the goal line. The ball directed off the cross bar to Mason.

Loli Fidler made a kick save with six minutes left to preserve the co-championship for the Hornets in the Lake Conference.

Fridley 5, Concordia Academy 1: Grace Prairie scored four goals to lead the Tigers past the visiting Beacons. Xenya Rich scored a goal and Rebekah Brown and Chloe Rich had two assists each for the Tigers. Hannah Lageson scored for the Beacons.

Benilde-St. Margaret's 3, St. Louis Park 2: Anna Pohlen stopped 15 shots to lead the Class 1A, No. 8 Red Knights past the visiting Orioles. Vivian Shinall had a goal and an assist, Erin Long and Claire Van der Heide scored a goal each and Amanda Cassidy had two assists for Benilde-St. Margaret's.

Minnehaha Academy 2, St. Agnes 0: Cat Duffy-Shaw scored two goals to lift the Redhawks past the host Aggies. Sara Bakke and Eva Larson had assists.

Lakeville South 1, Shakopee 0: Sammy Ponsonby scored a goal to lift the Cougars past the host Sabers. Alex Lee had an assist.

Anoka 3, Osseo 0: Cassie Giddings had two goals and an assist to lead the Tornadoes past the host Orioles. Sarah Stange had a goal and Hailey Landrus and Vice Neumann had an assist each for the Tornadoes.

Boys' soccer

Apple Valley 2, Prior Lake 1: Tarek Ahmed and Jonah Dean scored first half goals to lift the visiting Eagles past the Class 2A, No. 5 Lakers.

Park of Cottage Grove 1, White Bear Lake 0: Noah Villas stopped 12 shots to preserve the Wolfpack's victory over the host Bears. Jake Goecke scored in the first half for the Wolpack.

St. Croix Lutheran 3, Brooklyn Center 0: Cole Prigge scored two goals to lead the Crusaders over the visiting Centaurs. Isaac McCloskey also scored for the Crusaders.

Breck 4, Trinity 0: Will Torgerson scored two goals to lead the Mustangs past the host Tri Hawks. Zack Levy had a goal and an assist, Willem Kurth scored a goal and Josh Taylor had two assists for the Mustangs.

Bloomington Kennedy 1, Bloomington Jefferson 0 (OT): Alexis Conde Omana scored in overtime to lift the Eagles past the visiting Jaguars.

Blaine 3, Centennial 0: The visiting Bengals scored three goals in the second half to pull away from the Cougars. Michael Hoberg had a goal and an assist and Carlos Gbamy and Mechack Kitombole scored a goal each for the Bengals. Ben Greenberg and Jonathan Coello combined for the shutout with five saves each.

Notes:

• Blue Earth defeated St. James 4-3 for the Class 1A, Section 3 title in girls' tennis tournament at Gustavus Adolphus. The loss ended St. James' streak of 11 consecutive section titles.

• Red Wing's Sophia Yoemans, the co-medalist at the Class 3A girls' golf state meet last spring, has committed to Missouri.
